How fast is your shipping?
We typically ship orders within 8-10 business days of purchase, subject to availability and credit verification. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. For faster delivery, please choose our expedited shipping option at checkout.
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that shipping times can vary. Due to airline reductions starting March 25, 2020, UPS services are operating at reduced capacity, which may delay international shipments by 2-3 days.
We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by global shipping restrictions, and you will be notified if this occurs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Once a package is scanned and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
How Long Does U.S. Shipping Take?
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, and Saturday delivery is not available. For orders of $300 or more, a signature is required upon delivery. Once your package is signed for and delivered, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, the package is insured only during transit, and responsibility shifts to the customer upon delivery.

How Much Duties and Taxes Will I Have to Pay?
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties.
International customers should consult their local customs office for information on applicable import taxes. We are not responsible for any customs duties or fees you may incur. The carrier will bill you for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes relevant to your country.
Please note that all international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are also not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Can I Change My Shipping Method?
Once your package has been shipped and handed over to the courier, the shipping method cannot be changed.
How Do I Return My Order?
Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager portal. If you encounter any issues with the portal, please reach out to us at fiduciacollections@gmail.com.
We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States.
- **Bags**: Returns and exchanges are accepted on all full-price bags within 7 days of delivery receipt.
- **Clothing, Jewelry, and Shoes**: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Please note, all international orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Fiducia Collections is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
To receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, including the original packaging and the box it came in. Fiducia Collections boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.
Original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return. Please ensure your items are returned new, unused, and with all Fiducia Collections and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
No price adjustments will be made for prior purchases.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.

The item will be shipped by the date specified in the product description, though preorder dates may occasionally change. Please be aware that your card will be charged in full when you place a preorder. This helps us secure the item for you.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
